Hunee's output has always been quite sparse, but when he puts forth some of his creations its always a joy to be on the receiving end. And again, with this release, Hunee treats us with two gems.

'Tide' is a mid-tempo burner that pulsates around an infectious analog synth line.. It gets you in the mood and lifts you up. Explosive stuff!

'Minnoch' is a playful, exotic work-out which sounds like a nightly trip through the jungle on a faraway island. Tropical house at its best.

Hun Choi, better known as Hunee, is a Berlin-based DJ and producer. Since a first release in 2009 he has slowly seeped out into the world his choice cuts of rhythmically playful and soul infused house music, on labels like Rush Hour, Future Times and W.T. As a DJ, Hunee's selections cover a cultured cross section of genres, coming from a place of love and knowledge in equal measure.
