Sexface by Incest Honeymoon
Sexface was the result of Monsieur Dreamboat's obsession with Al Green. During the recording sessions for this album Dreamboat's drug consumption increased dramatically. He showed up at the studio several times wearing disguises and calling himself "Al". He constructed elaborate conspiracies in his mind and made outlandish accusations against the band and the studio staff. He would have spontaneous violent outbursts attacking people as well as equipment. He became so delusional and erratic that he was eventually hospitalized and the album was finished by Hunka. Sexface was a modest success upon its release and sold well enough in subsequent years to justify several "Sexface" tours during which the band only played songs off the album. Over the years Sexface has consistently been cited as one of Incest Honeymoon's most admired albums by both their fans and their peers.

Founded in Amsterdam in 1971, over the next 30 years Incest Honeymoon would go on to record dozens of albums and play thousands of shows, mostly in Europe. Although they never achieved mainstream success they are recognized as one of the more idiosyncratic underground European cult bands of the 1970’s, 80’s, and 90’s.
