Recently, I've felt as though I was drowning.
Drowning in thought, a lack of expression can take tolls on me.
Every day is so monotonous.
Wake up, struggle to eat then sleep, repeat, too lazy to change sheets.
The weight of the world crushes me with 4 and a half inch cleats.
Holes inside feel like craters.
Subconscious standing on that ledge too afraid to jump because I don't know if I'll fly, die, or swim.
Always on that god forsaken "what if" mentality.
Paranoia always leading with totality.
I despise poetry, this isn't what I had in mind when I wanted abnormality.
Recently I've felt as though I was drowning in a river so strong of a current, it could make a 9-volt battery come alive and say "damn...".
