I produced this album on a device with the ability to digitally record audio to memory, edit audio therein, and play back audio therefrom in real time.

It's a bunch of MPC music.

There are numerous signs present that the origin of this project is best summed up as created from samples on a dedicated hardware device.

Should you choose to listen to this release, you will discover a nebulous world of fucking around with samples on a device dedicated to this purpose.

An MPC was the primary tool used here. Oh, also an H4n Pro. And a cheap MP3 player.

Programmed meticulously and sequenced viciously, Janis Lago brings you even more sampler shenanigans than previously thought possible.
