Entropy by Jesse Paul Miller

All sound sources were recorded and manipulated using field recordings gathered on a Tascam Porta-04 cassette recorder with crystal microphones, an old Sony reel-to-reel tape recorder, voice, saxopohone, and effects processing (ART mulit-effects rack).

Recorded to four track audio cassette tape, then archived to 1/4" reel-to-reel tape on a Teac X-3R recorder.

Originally produced and mixed to cassette tape, Seattle, 1994.

"Entropy Blind", the fifth track, was mixed and sent to John Allen, my collaborative partner in experimental project "Algae", in 1995.

In 2014 he sent a 'mastered' file back to me. It is composed of the recordings from Entropy and others from that time.

This is the first public release of this experimental album.
