Butterflies by Jimmy Sky

Like its namesake, 'Butterflies' underwent a variety of changes through the years. The song is about the beginning and end of romance; the feeling of butterflies inside when first we fall for someone, and the bloodied knife of lost love when it all comes crashing down.
Presented to several groups as a release track but consistently denied, the track started as a ballad and eventually blossomed into a pop rock odyssey. 'Butterflies' was first composed in 2005 after an 'end of all things' experience.
