Sold Out from Headspace by Stratospheerius
Sold Out: based on a crazy finger-twisting Dixie Dregs-ish lick our guitarist, Mack Price, came up with. This song deals with selling your soul for success. Being lured by a greedy record company (or another such entity), squeezed dry, and being confined to live up to the image that they have created. Not that I speak from experience, but I have friends who have signed deals with mammoth labels, and recorded good albums that were never released. The theme of this song is not just confined to music. The title speaks for itself.
