Retrospective by John Beagley

Since I was a kid was always a big fan of Howard Jones music...especially so as he was from my home town of High Wycombe. Growing up as a teen in the area having spiky blond hair, singing and playing keyboards in various rock bands the local Wycombe press often compared me to Howard..and often billed me as "Wycombe's next Howard Jones." Flattered at first, it eventually got a bit tiresome ! I sent Howard a few demo cassettes of my - lets be honest, pretty ropey 4 track demos, and he always had something nice to say. 30 years on and Ive been lucky to work with a few musicians who have worked with Howard...Mark Brzezicki, Simon Collins...and even a little with Howard's current producer, Robbie Bronnimann.

I hope you like what I came up with. I sent a couple of tracks to Howard and he suggested i should release it...so thats encouraging!!
