I woke up with all of these parts playing in my head at the same time and tried feverishly to sing all of the parts into a cell phone mic before they left my thought. Despite mostly howling like a yack into the phone when I sat down later that night to work on the song all the parts still remained clear in my head.

What came next was a song about simple and boring love, which feels pretty nice when you're living in the upside down world and there's not enough coffee... there's just not enough. But if you try you can find some really good times in the quiet simplicity... if you're lucky enough to be able to build such a life that allows it.
