Toukovalkea by Karneh
Toukovalkea, or Helavalkea are bonfires that are lit on fields during Helajuhla. The bonfires repelled evil spirits and forces. During the Helajuhla feast, people drank, sang and danced.
Karneh brings ancient and traditional Finnish instruments to Nordicfolk/darkfolk music.
Inspired by Finnish mythology and ancient beliefs, this one-man-band brings the forgotten past into the light.
