Life Lines by Laughing Jaguar
This collection of poems came together over the course of 8 years, as journalling and poetry served as a powerful transmutation of grappling with the pains and ecstasies of existence and transformation. I hope that the experience of sharing them publicly offers catharsis and curiosity to the listeners!
The idea to record and publish this work sat latent for 4 years, before they were all recorded in an Airian burst of 3 sessions in old growth cedar & cottonwood forests on the Eastern edge of the Canadian Rockies (June 2020), and beside Petar Brook above the Clear Sky property (October 2020).

Dave Basu Roy is a resident in the Clear Sky spiritual community in Southeastern B.C.
After growing up in Toronto, he was greatly inspired by connection with friends and nature: in London, Ontario, and Victoria, B.C (where he first experienced the cosmic giggle and Jaguar archetype).
His current life is devoted to the path of awakening, supported by teachers Doug Duncan & Catherine Pawasarat.
