Metropolis by Lensflare
The last months of 2024 were highly productive for me, musically speaking.
I started working to 2 suites (Berlin School genre) which will be presented for the first time in a concert for Istituzione Universitaria dei Concerti in Rome in June 2025.
In parallel, I found myself even more in Ambient and Drone music, so I decided to go deep in the exploration of this sonic world buying some portable synths, to be able to expeiment and compose on the go, in natural environments, during my weekend trips.
This Album is the result of this process, in which I spent some joyful hours on mountains, woods, on riversides and in the wonderful prks in Rome.
The resulting atmospheres reflects the magic of those places: over being relaxing and deep, lush sequences, arpeggios and chords progressions enrich the tracks with evoking details.
every track was composed and recorded directly on place.
no further post processing applied.
