Bleeding out the days into the everlasting unknown
I’m detached, with no direction that is my own
I exist only inside my habitual iterations
Persona within compulsions

Eyes bloodshot by exhaustion
Gnashing in frustration at the insomnia
I am endlessly iterating the experience
Witnessing the sun setting to
Paint the scene with a scarlet shroud
And dawn on notion
Of how few days are memorable

Oh, how few days in this life I can recall
Palpable is the sense of being negligible

Monotonous, convoluted, is my sanity
A catalyst for endless white noise, looping
Grinding towards nothing, without aim
I am a machine unable to escape
Out from within these walls
Finally caving in

Treading on a familiar path towards
Inevitable disintegration

Eyeing back at the comatose
Pulling back at me
To whence it came

Bleeding out the days

A paranoia for my own sense of purpose slowly setting in

Shutting my eyes, gazing into nothing

The notion of how few days are memorable
Unveils all that I know
