Earth from Harp Dreaming by Lissa-Käthe

This is a solo track on the harp more or less, with chord strumming as accompaniment. Strummed chords are achieved by dampening the strings in the scale you don’t use for that chord with your left hand. It then becomes more like how the Autoharp works. This improvisation gives me a feeling of our Earth’s strength and delicateness.

I am Lissa-Kathe (pronounced Lissa Kate). I am a harpist, pianist, composer, and singer-songwriter. As well as my original works, I love arranging traditional music and composing music to poetry. I also play a myriad of instruments for my creations, including guitar, recorder, bodhrán, bells, percussion, accordions, synth, all vocals, and more. I am also a creative music teacher.
