I wrote this tune about an older person who is at the end of their life, sitting on the front porch reflecting on all of the things they did when they were young. As they remember, they wish they could get back out again and jump on a train, get on the road and go! They spirit to do this is there but the body is worn out and can no longer ramble. But they continue to travel as they sit there and contemplate all the times they had.
