Leslie by Love? said the Commander

'Leslie' is the first track on our upcoming instrumental EP, 'Dames,' available June 10, 2025. 'Leslie' began as a two-note vocal loop taken from a voice memo recording of Feist's song 'Love Who We Are Meant To' at her 2023 concert in Philadelphia. We then built a song around that loop featuring guitar (which was written in the same tuning (FACFAC) as the Feist song) and piano. This one goes out to all the important women in our lives . . .
