"VIDA" is Costa Rican Composer/Producer/Percussionist Luis Muñoz's third American release (2004), and first release under his own label, Pelín Music. Muñoz won an ACAM award with "VIDA" for "Best Jazz Composer/Producer of the Year 2004". "Vida" was awarded 4 stars in DownBeat Magazine, and made it into several "10 Best Jazz CDs f the Year" lists.
