intimations by john grzinich
"intimations" was recorded and composed by John Grzinich between spring 2001 and February 2003 in Austin, Texas and various locations across Europe. Special thanks to Seth Nehil for the field recordings used on track 3. This album was originally released on CD in 2004 by CMR records of New Zealand.
This album began as a series of piano recording experiments in 2001 in and continued as a sonic diary while living a transitory life across Europe for a year. The resulting CD grew out of a culmination of experiences, continually worked through as dynamic and personal electro-acoustic reflections.
