This is a live-to-stereo recording of a 47 minute public performance from 3AM September 3rd, 2023, at the Lake Stage in the quarry of the Lookout Arts Center at the annual Sh'bang festival of ideas just outside of Bellingham Washington.This recording continues the Holy Book Rituals Series of digitally distributed live performance recordings.

Mabon is a solo trumpet-oriented noise/drone/feedback experiment of music artist Joel Ricci using scavenged and discarded electronics and cassette tape tech. Contemplatively conjuring a live improvised noisescape to disrupt and dismantle social conditioning, Mabon incants a new contributive vision of freedom, beauty, and possibility.
