M.M.S. was born in Breaux Bridge, LA in 1973 with a purpose. Even as a young child he had an ear for music, growing up the nephew of some of the members of The Louisiana Purchase. In 1997, his life changed for good when he gave it to Jesus Christ. It was then that God gave him a desire to make music that would let people know He loves them and that His word was for them too.
