libera animas eorum - free their souls
ne cadant in obscurum: - may they not fall into darkness
sed sanctus signifer Michael - but let your holy sign bearer Michael
repræsentet eas in lucem sanctam: - bring them into holy light
Quam olim Abrahæ promisisti,- which long ago you promised to Abraham
et semini eius. - and to his descendents

Hostias et preces tibi, Domine, - sacrifices and prayers to you Lord
laudis offerimus: - of praise we offer
tu suscipe pro animabus illis, - recieve them for these souls
quarum hodie memoriam facimus: - whom we commemorate today
fac eas, Domine, de morte transire ad vitam. - make them pass Lord from death to life
