First release by Omake & Johnson, the duo of Matt Shoemaker and Dave Knott (known for his solo work as well as numerous collaborations with Jeph Jerman, Richard Bishop, Climax Golden Twins, and more). This was issued by Shoemaker in 2008 on his own Human Faculties imprint in an edition of around 100 copies.
