Max and Saied first met playing with the One World Orchestra. They immediately hit it off over their love of strong coffee and quickly made plans to make a record combining their trademark Oud and Electronics. Initial plans were to showcase Arabic sounds in a new way, but with world events conspiring the project took on a new light. The two tracks were recorded in Hackney and Brighton and bring together a wide range of influences from 3 Step to Traditional Palestinian Folks Songs. All proceeds to The Ghassan Abu Sitta children's fund.
