Trolley Guy by Michael Cullen

These songs comprise some highlights of Michael Cullen's 2024 original musical output. Amongst providing lead and backing vocals for (disability arts organisaton) Honeybee Creative's "Day And Night" album, Michael continued his adventures in the HBC studio engaged in an experimental collaboration with music facilitator and producer Stephan Beattie.

Unable to physically put pen-to-paper anymore, Michael has turned his attention to improvised stream-of-consciousness poetry. Responding to live arrangements using Ableton, Michael was able to write songs despite his disability. The editing and arrangement process was colaborative and everyting was produced in-house at the Honeybee Creative studio in Kandanga QLD.

Michael is a very talented singer in spite of his challenges with Cerebral Palsy and Diplegia. Growing up he struggled with addictions that resulted in a coma and 2yr hospitalisation. Since then he has slowly rebuilt his life and now is beginning to share his stories in song.
