The composition of sea water is almost the same as that of the human body. That’s why it is said that sea is the origin of life. We all come from sea. I believe all humans have a shared nostalgia for a long-forgotten primal era: the smells, the sounds and the air that once covered earth. I want to try to resurrect these latent memories by
collecting audio-based expressions of this nostalgia from artists all over the world into a compilation, as a kind of experiment.

海水の成分構成は人体に含まれるそれとほとんど同じである。そのため海は生命の起源と言われている。人類は（もちろん他のすべての生物も）海から生まれた。原始の地球を覆っていた匂い、音、そして空気に対して人類は共通のノスタルジーのようなものを感じるとしたら、それは一体どんなものなのかを確かめるために世界中のアーティストから、この忘れ去られた記憶の音を集めた。これを形のある確かなものとして証明するために、一つのアルバムとしてまとめてリリースする、という一種の実験である。
