Timeprints by Musina Ebobissé Quintet

This album represents the musical work and influences of the last years spent in the inspiring city of Berlin.
Timeprints corresponds to the traces, the marks time leaves within us. More than a play word ( with footprints), it describes two gestures of a single motion: how time coerces and imposes itself on our lives, and how we create, craft and shape it in return. It is a sonic journey in which each tune crystallizes experiences and thoughts. It navigates through dualities such as memories and expectations, individual and collective, dreams and facts, culture and nature.
