Wanderweg by Rupert Lally

Wanderweg is the new album by the multi-talented musician, composer, artist and writer, Rupert Lally, his second for Modern Aviation following the sold out Lost To The Past.

Wanderweg is Rupert’s most melodic and beautiful work to date. It wanders down the paths and byways of Switzerland, painting an evocative aural image of a landscape that he already knew well, but found new wonders in over the last few years, strolling with his dog, Nala.

From his sleeve notes: “One of the few positive outcomes from the lockdown in 2020 was that as a family we explored the places on our doorstep a bit more thoroughly. One highlight, discovered when we walked from our house to my mother-in-law’s, was the section of wanderweg from Wohlen to Bremgarten. I know both towns well and drive through them regularly. What was surprising though was just how many beautiful sights we’d been completely oblivious to, because they weren’t near the road...”
