They met as teenagers in the Bronx and made a life in music. They moved to Eastern Pennsylvania and in 1978 discovered “the Gap” (Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania) and it’s rich jazz history where they heard, met, and eventually performed with jazz legends, Phil Woods, Bob Dorough, David Liebman, Bill Goodwin, and John Coates, Jr.
