Phoenix from Parallel Universe by Nijole Sparkis
I wrote this song about rebirthing oneself - that it's not possible to rise to new heights of your living experience without thoroughly feeling and healing the lowest depth experiences life has brought you. Fiery guitar riffs, driving ethnic percussion, and wild indigenous flute accompany my vocals, that are joined by exotic harmonies on the chorus, giving the feeling of a bird trying to take off in flight.
