Nocturnal Emissions remain faithful to an interior clock of their own on Duty Experiment, a compilation of mid-80s glory-days outtakes that features some nostalgically post-punk titles like Tanks in Gdansk and Even The Good Times Are Bad. The music sounds not unlike the live vivisection of old ARP 2600 synthesisers. Takes the paint off walls.
