2024 SWI by South Wales Improvisers

Filling the void with sound then emptying it with silence

This record is a glimpse of the activity of SWI is 2024. We started in October 2021.The 2hour sessions happen every 2 weeks. These are often recorded. And sometimes better than others. 40+ hours of recording. This are randomly selected sections.

Attendance at the sessions ranges from 4 - 10 people with a wide range of experience/ sound making tools and equipment. All session are free playing and group determined improvisations. This edits perhaps reflect my mood when collating, so if i was to do it again it could reflect a very different sound of the SWI.

Anyway I hope you enjoy listening to some if not all. And if you happen to be in Cardiff on a Sunday......
