Irish Blessings from Off & On by Oftiani

"Irish Blessings" was written in the course of an afternoon — thanks to Irish proverbs and blessings being so abundant as to be readily available for the lyrics (which inspired the music).

Both bandmates are of Irish descent (which is the only ethnicity the two spouses have in common) — and being that the Irish are known for their literary and performing arts — an Oftiani song featuring such was sure to come. This is it.

Miscellaneous Art Rock Trivia for “Irish Blessing":
To give the two ukulele components equal power and depth, the soprano part is actually played on a baritone uke tuned to a soprano's typical high G reentrant pitch.
