“Silfra” is an epic, nature worshipping doom ballad drawing hard influences from bands like Type O Negative, Isis and Neurosis. The crushing triple bass onslaught shines the brightest here as epic melodies weave throughout with a hopeful middle section bringing brightness to the otherwise darkness that is this album.
