From oblivion
A spark ignites a cosmic harmony
A universe born from my mind
With galaxies entwined

From countless eons in these worlds
Beings evolve and grow
Unnatural selection
A living plague is sown

In divine sight
Living outside form and time
Watching helplessly
With no means to make a sign

How can this be
My thoughts have autonomy
Forced to witness all
With no power to control

Why grant a phantom’s wish
When their cries of anguish seem more real
A symphony of cruelty
Watched passively

What good are their lives
For all they know are savagery and lies
I witness all with apathy
Their wretched pleas

Within my mind
Living outside form and time
Watching helplessly
With no means to make a sign

How can this be
My thoughts have autonomy
Praying to the sky
For a God who wants to die

A trillion worlds constructed from my mind
Limitless cultures formed
Celestial creation shaped from thought
Deified, I see all

Though idolised, I’m unable to control
Anything they behold
Powerless here, just vision from afar
A helpless God of all

In the beginning:
Without form and void
The universe was fabricated
From your mirrored voice of thought
Darkness was scarred upon
The face of the deep
Cognition became untethered
And brought all to exist

Heralds bask on a propagated stage
Provoking petty conflicts in my name
They shall be my conduits of rage
I take no sides, I only want their pain
Insane and immortal in this cage

Within my mind
Living outside form and time
Watching helplessly
With no means to make a sign

Exist divine
Powerless to end my life
I cannot control
Any aspect of my mind

Though Gods change names
I remain one and the same
Forced to witness all
With no power to control

In time I see
They construct technology
Fabrication forms
As this world creates the Jaunt
