Parent Teacher debuted in 2023 with Impending Doom, a lo-fi pop warning about a world on the brink, mixing woozy melodies, jagged beats, and sly humor. That evolved into Ethereal Collapse, a darker doomer-pop set weaving 90s grunge grit, indie/punk energy, and folktronica warmth.
The new album Doombloomer is a curated collection of songs from the past year, finding light and comfort after collapse. Equal parts catharsis and ignition, it blends fuzzed-out guitars, sharp pop instincts, and flashes of psychedelia into something defiantly alive, carrying the listener through a seamless, under-30-minute journey.
