This is one of my favourite pieces, an epic score influenced by Middle-Eastern themes.
PS: I love the artwork here which features 'desert bloom', the rare phenomenon when certain deserts suddenly experience dramatic flora. Rather than just a barren landscape, I think that this cover captures the essence of my piece well. The piece is about a struggle in difficult circumstances which temporarily bears fruit before returning again to the struggle.
