I know you're all down at the ocean
carefree livin', chill as can be
well I'm here sittin' in cool conditions
every day I got that goin' for me

nobody sayin' "let's go to the boardwalk"
no vote takin' on where to go eat
yeah, I got plenty of stuff for consumption
and just like you I'm kickin' up my feet

but the ocean sure is beautiful
it's relaxin' to the N-th degree
and I'm still comfy without even travelin'
I know sometimes you wish you were me

I hope your way back is carefree and easy
with limited stoppin' until you get home
I'm here dreamin' of you and the ocean
makin' up a little song and a poem
