Australian jazz trumpeter and composer Paul Williamson has a reputation of producing distinctive recordings featuring outstanding ensemble performances.
He has performed with jazz greats including Carla Bley, Charlie Haden, Dave Liebman, Tomasz Stańko, John Abercrombie, Hermeto Pascoal, and Vijay Iyer.
Dr Williamson is the Convenor of Jazz and Improvisation Studies at Monash University.
