Blood Complex by Perpetual End

The world is changing.

Overpopulation has crippled the governments of the planet, entire continents are starving. Cities have become isolated
nation-states, governing themselves in an attempt to stave off the anarchy beyond their protective walls.

In 2023 the city of Lex elected a man known as the Raven based on his promises to maintain order and sustainability for the people. The Raven gradually introduced laws requiring
citizens to obtain a license to have children, culminating in a forced sterilization program upon the underprivileged. Any children born to unlicensed citizens were branded as 'illegals' and executed along with their parents.

By the year 2044 a whole generation of illegally born
children live beneath the radar, hidden by their parents in attics, cellars and basements. Although the Raven has
delivered the order he promised, it has come at a terrible price, the waters of oppression are at boiling point.

Perpetual End is a six-piece alternative/progressive metal band from Canberra, Australia. Formed in 2005, they released a self-titled EP in early 2009,

In 2010, they released their debut full-length album, "This Hour".

Now, in 2013, their highly anticipated sophomore album 'Blood Complex' is set for release on July 26th.
