Pleural Effusion by Pesci Tooth

My aim for this EP was to create something that felt like exploring a new world, one that borders on personal nostalgia and unknown sonic landscapes. The majority of the sounds came from my small hardware setup of incredibly outdated gear and field recordings. These were collected from various places such as phone conversations, the waves and wind off the dockyard in Bray, corrugated iron hitting concrete etc.

Two incredibly talented producers have lent their distinct style and remixed two tracks off the album.

The first being the rising Irish footwork producer Rory Sweeney

Rory is undoubtedly one of the most hard working and truly dedicated producers ever to grace the emerald isle. He finessed the track “Set Simmer” into a hot and sweaty footwork track.

The Second being the ever talented Melatonin,

who’s “Pressure Pink” album released on the Herzog TV label and earned him a rightful place on the must watch list for Electronic music producer in Ireland. Melatonin Remixed the track: “Temperature” into a heavy and distorted, floor focused banger.
