The vast majority of these songs were written in a 6 week span in 2014. Some songs recorded then, some in 2019, and in 2022. The tracklisting is the order in which the songs were written. I wanted to put out this collection of songs together cause they capture a specific period of my life when I was feeling down; and if people find this and feel less alone listening to it, that's the whole point.
