Philip releases his second solo album in as many years on Feb 19, 2021: Oceans Hiding In Oceans. Philip B. Price is best known as the lead singer and songwriter in Winterpills, but his CV stretches far back into the late 80s and draws on minimalist/jagged art-rock, lo-fi pop, power pop, dance-noise, brit-folk, and shoegaze. In 2018 he released 12 back catalog albums and a 2-CD best-of compilation.
