Philip B. Price is currently the frontman for Winterpills (2004-) in addition to his solo music. Before that, he was the voice of NY-based art-rock band Memorial Garage (1987-1989), made 12 solo albums (1988-2004), fronted power-pop acolytes The Maggies (1993-2002).
