Big Bend by Plum Wooer
a collage of analog synthesizers and field recordings; a loose odyssey of calm wonder!
most of the samples were recorded on a camping trip to Big Bend in November, 2021, while the ducks and piano were recorded in my hometown of Iron Mountain, MI. the composition unfolds in 6 sections: Morning Horn, Tarantula Highway, Canyon Songs, Cooking Outside, Mrinal’s Emails, and Encounter at the Hot Springs.
