This music was made during the meeting on a spring musical afternoon.We liked the music and we decided to publish it to have a memory and a testimony to shareabout the possible paths in the instant compositions.SETTILE lab-prod was born on April 20, 2022, a few months after the artistic meeting between the musicians Marcello Magliocchi and Stefania Ladisa (respectively Apulian drummer and violinist) which took place during a meeting dedicated to improvised music.Right from the start they found themselves sharing the same thought, meaning, values and intentions about music in general and the art of improvised music in particular, so much so that they embarked on a path that has already seen them as protagonists in concerts and other forms of representation of instant composition, to reach today the realization of the SETTILE lab-prod project.SETTILE is a laboratory designed to organize opportunities for meetings with artists also on the international scene, a "workshop" of study and application for the production of music, planning of projects, research, experimentation of the sound and timbral potential expressed through the synthesis / symbiosis of two or more tools.Also designed to share, document, disseminate ideas, meaning and beauty over time and space, not an opinion of this, but an experience of it through sound.
