ALUJUNA by Tonbo & Yo Nishijima
Tokyo-based live artist Tonbo and DJ/Producer Yo Nishijima present a two-track collaborative EP rooted in Minimal Techno and Acid on ppq rec.
Drawing from Nishijima’s years of DJ experience, the release is built around an immersive sense of groove, shaped with a keen awareness of the dancefloor’s flow. Tension and release unfold gradually, creating a sound that envelops dancers in depth and hypnosis.
Tonbo’s modular synthesis adds organic textures and subtle fluctuations, carving out a sonic space that is both stripped-down and expansive. The result is a work that resonates with deep floors and open-air landscapes—crafted for DJs who weave long, immersive journeys.
東京拠点のライヴアーティスト Tonbo と、DJ/プロデューサー Yo Nishijima による、ミニマルテクノとアシッドを基盤とした2曲入りコラボEP が ppq rec から登場。
Yo Nishijimaの長年のDJ経験に基づき、フロアの流れを見据えた没入感あるグルーヴを構築。緊張と解放がゆるやかに交錯し、深くフロアを包み込むサウンドを生み出している。
そこにTonboのモジュラーサウンドが有機的な揺らぎと質感を加え、ストイックでありながら奥行きのある音響を形作る。ディープなフロアや野外のランドスケープと呼応し、長い旅路を紡ぐDJに向けた作品となっている。
