Ten by Prime Minister
A chance conversation between friends and fellow musician/songwriters Phil Matthews and Mark Pearson led to the discovery that there were many areas where their musical interests overlapped to the extent that it seemed logical to combine forces. Calling themselves Prime Minister and with a total of 10 songs titling their debut album Ten seemed the obvious thing to do. They hope that you will enjoy the music here, and thus be encouraged to create more in a similar vein.

A chance meeting by singer/songwriters Phil Matthews and Mark Pearson at an Open Mic night lead to the formation of Prime Minister, a vehicle for songs which they wrote and recorded together. Their first album Ten was well received and gained a 4 star review in R2R magazine. The songs have received worldwide airplay, and encouraged by this the duo have many plans to take their music further.
