It’s the sound of paper-pushing and street-level negotiation, all set to a late summer rhythm when the air hangs thick but the city still demands forward motion. The early guitar scratch carries that morning heat, leading into Parcel’s smooth talk, making bureaucracy sound like a new kind of rhythm. This track pulls its punches deliberately; the whole arrangement frequently strips bare for direct, spoken permit rhymes. It's a jolt, those dry clauses laid over the groove, showing exactly how the city’s rules twist and turn. The brass lines, they trace contested boundaries, sharp and unyielding, while the bass insists on a path through it all.
