roots by quarkimo

“roots” is an album centered around connection and, by extension, conversation. The album journeys through all the stages of building a relationship, from the initial shaky beginnings all the way to an unbreakable bond.

The title, “roots”, comes from the idea of the historical undergrowth of all living beings. Roots represent the innate potential for all people to connect with each other through common understandings.

Above the earth, we all appear as different beings, but underneath the earth’s surface, we share a root network of similar human experiences.
