rauðvik is a project born out of a fascination for astronomy, electronic music, deep ambient soundscapes, and classical musical training.
The idea behind most work is to build a musical framework on a given synthesizer, and then let heavy randomization steer the ship, leading to tracks that will never be identical from one performance to the next.
